   Technical descriptions on this website may become out of date as the software changes. The published documentation is the more current reference for technical detail.

   Where this website marks something as in development or planned, it is not available and may never become available. Only features described as available are available today, and even those may change or be withdrawn without notice.

   Nothing on this website is an offer to sell, a solicitation of an offer to buy, or a recommendation regarding any token, security or financial instrument. This includes anything stated about $CP.

   $CP is described on this website as a utility and coordination asset used within the network. It is not offered here, it does not represent equity, debt, ownership of or any claim on Open Protocol Labs LTD, and it entitles the holder to no profit, revenue, dividend or distribution from Open Protocol Labs LTD.

   We give no assurance as to the value of any token, and no assurance that any token will have or retain value. Digital assets are volatile and you may lose everything you commit. Nothing here is financial, legal, tax or investment advice; obtain your own professional advice before making any decision.

   Availability may be restricted in your jurisdiction. It is your responsibility to comply with the laws that apply to you.

   Programmes are not an offer of funding

   This website describes programmes — including grants, fellowships, incentives and partnerships — that reflect how we intend to support the ecosystem. Descriptions of intent are not offers, and no programme described here is open.

   Each programme, if launched, will be announced separately with its own written terms, eligibility criteria and process. Until then nothing on this website creates an entitlement to funding, tokens, rewards or support of any kind, and no statement here should be relied on as a promise of payment.

   Statements about plans, intentions, roadmaps, vision or future capability are forward-looking and reflect current thinking only. They are not commitments, guarantees or delivery dates. Priorities change, technical approaches are abandoned, and items described as planned may be delayed indefinitely or dropped.

   Third parties, and public blockchains

   This website links to products, documentation and platforms operated separately. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, availability, terms or conduct. Following a link is at your own risk, and each destination is governed by its own terms.

   Public blockchains are permissionless and outside anyone’s control. Transactions submitted to them are generally irreversible and cannot be cancelled, reversed or recovered by us. You are solely responsible for your wallet, your keys and every transaction you authorise. Loss of a private key means permanent loss of access, and we cannot restore it.

   Smart contracts may contain vulnerabilities notwithstanding review or audit. An audit is a point-in-time assessment, not a guarantee of security.

   You agree not to:

   • use this website unlawfully, or to facilitate unlawful activity;
   • impersonate Open Protocol Labs, or present copies of this website or its branding as official;
   • attempt to gain unauthorised access to this website or its hosting infrastructure;

   Names, marks and logos shown on this website remain the property of their respective owners. Nothing here grants you a licence to use our marks.

   To the fullest extent permitted by law, Open Protocol Labs LTD and its officers, employees and contributors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary loss, or for any loss of profit, revenue, data, tokens or digital assets, arising from your use of or reliance on this website.

   Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

    Changes, and governing law

    We may amend these terms. The effective date at the top will change when we do, and continuing to use this website after a change means you accept the amended terms.

    The governing law and forum for disputes will be stated here once confirmed. Until then, no choice of law or forum is asserted by this document.
