This policy describes how Open Protocol Labs LTD (“we”, “us”) handles information in connection with this website. It covers this website only. Products and services reachable from here, and the public blockchains this project builds on, are described in section 5.

   What we collect

   Nothing that identifies you. This website is a set of static pages. We do not operate accounts, forms, newsletters, comment fields or logins on it, and we do not ask you for personal information anywhere on it.

   Specifically, this website does not use analytics software, advertising trackers, session recording, fingerprinting, or third-party embeds that profile visitors.

   Cookies and local storage

   This website sets no cookies and uses no tracking identifiers.

   One preference is stored locally in your own browser: whether the interface sound effect is muted. It never leaves your device, is not readable by us, and clearing your browser storage removes it.

3. 03

   Hosting and server logs

   Serving a web page necessarily involves your device connecting to a server. Our hosting provider processes the technical information inherent to that request — such as IP address, user agent, requested path and timestamp — for the purposes of delivering the page, security and abuse prevention.

   We do not use that information to build profiles, and we do not combine it with any other data. This processing is carried out by the hosting provider under its own terms.

   What we do not do

   • We do not sell, rent or trade personal information.
   • We do not share information with advertisers or data brokers.
   • We do not send marketing email from this website.
   • We do not ask for wallet signatures or private keys on this website.

   No page on this website will ever ask you to enter a seed phrase, private key or recovery phrase. Treat any page that does as fraudulent, regardless of how it appears.

   External links, products and public blockchains

   This website links to products, documentation and social platforms operated separately, including Cluster Protocol, Cluster Hub, Cluster Voice, CodeXero, the published documentation, X and Telegram. Those services have their own privacy practices, and this policy does not extend to them. Please read theirs before using them.

   Public blockchains are also outside this policy, and outside anyone’s control. Transactions and addresses recorded on a public chain are permanent, publicly readable and cannot be edited or deleted by us or by you. Consider that before transacting.

   Children

   This website is directed at software developers and technical teams. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

7. 07

   Your rights

   Data protection law in several jurisdictions gives you rights over personal data held about you, including access, correction and erasure. Because this website collects no personal data, we generally hold nothing to disclose, correct or delete. If you believe we hold information about you, you may contact us and we will respond.

   Changes to this policy

   If this website changes in a way that affects the above — for example if analytics or a contact form is introduced — this policy will be updated and the effective date at the top will change. We do not backdate revisions.
